طريقة الاستخدام:
ضعي طبقة منه علي كعبيك وعلي كافة قدميك ( يفضل ان يسبق ذلك حمام قدمي دافئ ليلا يليه خطوة صنفرة القدمين ) ثم غلفي قدميك ببلاستيك مطاط يلبس فوقهما شراب قطن للصباح، صباحا اغسلي قدميك أو انقعيهما في ماء دافئ 5 دقائق ثم استخدمي الحجر لازاله بقايا الخلايا الميتة بسهوله
