1- Missing Item
If any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange to send the missing item to you.
2- Promotional Offers
Please note that items purchased during promotional offers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3- Eligible Returns
You may return products immediately upon receipt if they are:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Incorrect (do not match the order placed)
4- Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The complaint is made more than 5 working days after receiving the order
- The product has been opened, used, or the original packaging is missing
5- Change of Mind
If you choose to return an item for reasons other than those listed above, a shipping fee of 50 EGP will be deducted from your refund amount.
